Change of Mind Purchases
The buyer may within thirty (30) days of receipt of any Goods claim the right to return any Goods that are damaged in transit, delivered to the buyer after an agreed date of arrival, or if the goods are not in accordance to the customer's order. The the buyer must notify Us in writing of the reasons for the claim or rejection. If the buyer details to notify us within (30) days of received, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted such consignment. A request for cancellation of any order, incorrect selection or change of mind must be notified to Us in writing no later than (30) days prior to any quoted delivery or consignment dates and must be agreed to by Us. As a condition of accepting such cancellation, Suez Technology may, at its discretion, require the buyer to pay a 20% cancellation /restocking fee, or freight charge determined by Us in order to recover any costs or loss incurred. Suez Technology reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of Goods that have been already installed or opened from the original packaging or which are no longer in returnable/ saleable condition. This includes marked or damaged retail packaging, handled goods, or products that is not in perfect re-saleable condition. Customer must provide a copy of the original receipt, with returned goods.
How to return an item purchased online
Provided that the returned conditions above are met, items purchased online can be returned by mail at your own expense or deliver and signed for to our premise. Please contact our Customer Service Team on the number to obtain an RA (Return Authority). All Returns lodged through mail must have an RA number or the packaged may be refused and may be returned to sender. Returns may take up to 14 working days to process. We recommend sending your returns with tracking so you can see when it has been delivered. Suez Technology is not responsible for lost packages. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to place the order. Please note Suez Technology will not refund the original delivery fee unless products are determined to be faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.
